Abstract

The invention discloses a magnetic force excitation bolt joint vibration failure experiment device and a test method. The experiment device comprises a supporting base, a vibration excitation device, a test device and an acquisition and analysis device. The excitation device can drive a movable magnet to operate by a driving motor and generate periodic magnetic force to act on the bolt to be tested so as to enable the bolt joint to generate vibration failure; a displacement sensor, an acceleration sensor and a strain sensor on the testing device can respectively obtain three response signals of displacement, acceleration and strain of the bolt joint; and the acquisition and analysis device can be used for researching various failure conditions such as thread looseness of the bolt joint, slippage and vibration fatigue of a connected piece and the like by analyzing the obtained response signals.
