Abstract

The invention discloses a composite sliding mode speed control method and system for a cylindrical permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, and belongs to the technical field of motor control. A terminal attractor is introduced on the basis of an exponential reaching law, and a new sliding mode reaching law is provided. Based on the reaching law, a sliding mode speed controller of the cylindrical permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is established, the convergence speed of the system state can be increased, and the chattering phenomenon can be effectively restrained. Meanwhile, an extended sliding mode disturbance observer is designed and used for estimating system lumped disturbance and providing feedforward compensation for a speed controller, and a composite sliding mode speed control strategy is formed. The cylindrical permanent magnet linear synchronous motor adopts a double-closed-loop control strategy of composite sliding mode speed control and current PI control based on a reaching law and an extended sliding mode disturbance observer. According to the method, the dynamic response speed of the system is increased, the anti-interference capability and robustness of the system are enhanced, and the operation performance and reliability of the motor in a complex working environment are improved.
