The acid hydrolysis of the kappa-carrageenan comprises preparation of a kappa-carrageenan solution and acid hydrolysis of the kappa-carrageenan. The kappa-carrageenan alkalization treatment comprises kappa-carrageenan acidolysis solution alkalization treatment.
