Benefits of technology

This patented method uses different techniques for classifying and tagging legal documents into specific categories such as technical terms like subject matter (text) content, typeface identification, etc., while also utilizing advanced machine processing technology called neural network algorithms to analyze these patterns more accurately than traditional approaches. Additionally, this approach combines various models together by performing partial speech recognition tasks alongside regression analyses to improve accuracy over time. Overall, it provides efficient ways to categorify and annotate legally licensed documents effectively.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by this patents relates to developing an efficient way to store complex legal documents that can be used in various fields like electronics or communication systems without being overwhelmed due to excessive manual effort involved during extracting relevant content from them.

Embodiment Construction

[0041] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing.

[0042] see figure 1 , in this embodiment, a method for structured storage of legal documents based on knowledge graphs. First, legal documents are obtained from websites related to legal documents, and then the legal documents are preprocessed. The preprocessing includes text segmentation and de-sentence noise. Then the candidate sentences are classified and labeled. Then, the tagged sentences are subjected to dependency semantic analysis, combined with the triplet extraction model to generate legal element triplets, and then the triplets are constructed into a sentence-level knowledge graph, and the sentence-level knowledge graph is constructed into a document by integrating the previous sentence classification information Level knowledge map, and finally the data storage structure designed for the knowledge map is stored in the constructed knowledge map.

Abstract

The invention discloses a structured storage method and system for legal instruments based on a knowledge graph. The structured storage method comprises the following steps: step 1, obtaining related legal instruments; step 2, preprocessing the legal document; 3, performing statement classification and labeling on the legal documents according to the candidate statements; step 4, performing semantic analysis on the statements subjected to classification and labeling, generating legal element triads according to an analysis result through a triad extraction model, and constructing a legal document knowledge graph by the legal element triads; and step 5, storing the constructed legal document knowledge graph in a database. According to the method, the unstructured text information of the legal instrument can be structured, and the efficiency of obtaining the information in the legal instrument is improved.
