The conveying assembly 1 includes a bracket 11, a conveying line 12, a plurality of hooks 13, a stabilizing pad 14, and a limit rod 15. The conveying line 12 is rotatably connected to the support 11 and is located on one side of the conveying line 12. , a plurality of hooks 13 are arranged on the conveying line 12 . The stabilizing pad 14 is fixedly connected with the support 11 and located at the bottom of the support 11 . The support 11 can be kept stable by the stabilizing pad 14, so that the whole device is placed more stably. Abstract

The invention relates to a surgical instrument intelligent centralized sorting system based on image recognition, which comprises a conveying assembly, a recognition assembly, a sorting assembly, a first storage box and a second storage box, the conveying assembly comprises a support, a conveying line and a plurality of hooks, and the recognition assembly comprises a detection frame, a plurality of cameras and a comparator. The sorting assembly comprises a mover, a lifter and a clamping jaw. Cleaned instruments are hung on the hooks, the conveying line drives the hooks and the instruments to move, the cameras obtain pictures of the cleaned instruments from different angles, the comparator is connected with the multiple cameras and used for recognizing detection images obtained by the cameras and standard images, the clamping jaw can grab the detected instruments, and the cameras are connected with the conveying line. And the lifter is driven by the mover to be placed, whether cleaning is thorough or not can be automatically detected, and the working efficiency is improved.
