The molecular formula of the cobalt complex is {[Co<3>(H<3>TTHA)<2>(4, 4'-bipy)<5>(H<2>O)<8>*12H<2>O]}<n>, wherein H<3>TTHA is used for representing ligand 1, 3, 5-triazine-2, 4, 6-triamine-hexaacetate (H6TTHA) lost three protons, and 4, 4'-bipy is used for representing 4, 4'-dipyridyl molecules.
