capsule-core structures by virtue of the toggle clip; each capsule-core structure comprises a core body and a core material which is plugged into a capsule body; at least part of the core material is formed by basic fill blocks; the basic fill block is one or two of a wood block and a bamboo block; the capsule-core structures are joined to form a block, and the blocked capsule-core structure is formed by sewing the same shell fabric and a backer. Compared with an integral article of daily use, for example, a summer sleeping mat, the article of daily use is of a split structure and the splits are clamped by virtue of the toggle clip, so that no cuts are formed on the backer. By adopting a lateral entering manner, the core material is plugged from the lateral side and is then clamped by the toggle clip.
