The invention discloses a method for solving the problem of the flickering of a complex target and a background model of a target simulator, and belongs to the technical field of semi-physical simulation system tests. The method adopting the technical scheme mainly comprises the following steps of introducing creator software into a refined model created by third party software; performing structure optimization and attribute optimization; processing polygons and facets, and resetting the processed polygons and the processed facets; deleting overlapped surfaces; completing seams; finally, performing later-period optimization on a complete target scene by an LOD manner according to the field angle parameter of the target simulator, the field angle parameter of a guiding head, and design requirements for the simulation of trajectory to guarantee that during loading and running, a generated image is natural in transition and has no flickering. The method disclosed by the invention provides a series of procedures which are suitable to be applied to the target simulator to solve the problem of flickering. The problem of the flickering of the target scene image output by the target simulator to the guiding head can be effectively solved, the stability of the scenery image effect is guaranteed when the guiding head captures and controls a target, and the confidence coefficient of simulation results is increased.
