machine comprises a
machine body, a feeding mechanism, a tensioning mechanism, a heat sealing mechanism, a
pipe winding mechanism, a fixed-length
cutting mechanism and a controller for controlling the above mechanisms to work, and the feeding mechanism, the tensioning mechanism, the heat sealing mechanism, the
pipe winding mechanism and the fixed-length
cutting mechanism are arranged on the machine body. The pipe winding mechanism comprises a gear motor arranged in the machine body, a pipe winding pressing rod arranged at the output end of the gear motor and a pressing disc matched with the pipe winding pressing rod to buckle and wind supporting strips into a spiral supporting pipe. The tensioning mechanism is arranged between the feeding mechanism and the pipe winding mechanism, the heating ends of the heat sealing mechanism are arranged at a feeding port of the pipe winding pressing rodand a feeding port of the pressing disc, and the fixed-length cutting mechanism is arranged above the pipe winding mechanism. The supporting strips can be buckled and wound into the spiral supportingpipe, fixed-length cutting can be achieved, the supporting strips can be heated in advance by additionally arranging the heat sealing mechanism, so that the supporting strips have a certain
viscosity, the connecting strength of the spiral supporting pipe is improved, the two ends of the
cut spiral supporting pipe are not prone to scattering, and the rate of finished products is increased.
