The invention discloses a compound microbial agent for treating dye waste water as well as preparation and application of the compound microbial agent. The compound microbial agent is formed by complexing acinetobacter haemolyticus, Escherichia coli, bacillus flexus, Yersinia intermedia, luther enterobacter and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Complexing is simple and convenient, the broad spectrum is strong, the difficulty that a single microbial agent can not meet the requirement of water quality variation is overcome, and the cost of treating the dye industrial waste water is reduced.
