The invention relates to a method for triggering reports of
quality measurement events by a
wireless communication terminal, which comprises the following steps: receiving a measurement and control message of a network side by the
wireless terminal to acquire the preset total quantity of CRC, the preset number of bad CRC and pending times after reporting; receiving and checking statistics of real-time CRC and updating the total quantity of the current CRC received and the number of the current bad CRC received; performing modular operation by corresponding the number of the current bad CRC received to the preset number of the bad CRC; taking a modulus value as an index, and setting an element value corresponding to the index in an array of the total quantity of the
quality measurement CRC into the total quantity of the current CRC received; calculating the difference of the total quantity of the current CRC received and the current value of the
array element when the elements are accessed again; and comparing the size relation of the differential values and the preset total quantity of the CRC and the pending times after reporting, so that the reports of the
quality measurement events are triggered or any reports of the triggered events are not performed. The method for triggering the reports of the quality measurement events in the
wireless communication terminal improves the efficiency of quality
measurement evaluation, simplifies processes, and has stable and reliable operating performance and wide applicable scope.
