The invention provides a remaining needle with a quick blood returning function. The remaining needle comprises a puncture needle, a puncture needle tube connected with the puncture needle, a needle seat and a catheter seat. The puncture needle tube is fixedly mounted on the needle seat. The catheter seat is connected with the needle seat and internally provided with a cavity. The remaining needle is characterized in that the catheter seat is made of a transparent material, the puncture needle tube extends into the cavity of the catheter seat to be plugged into the needle seat, and a first through hole, formed in the tube wall of the puncture needle tube, is further formed in the cavity of the catheter seat and used for puncturing the needle tube to enable the same to be communicated with the cavity of the catheter seat. In this way, when a medical worker punctures the vein of a patient, the blood of the patient flows into the cavity of the catheter seat, made of the transparent material, through the puncture needle and the first through hole, and by observing whether or not the blood returning occurs in the first through hole, the medical worker judges whether or not the puncture needle punctures into the vein of the patient.
