vehicle driving dynamic data, space data and driver information; (3), a risk coefficient of each index is calculated according to the weighted value of each index and the corresponding vehicle data, the risk coefficients of all the indexes are accumulated, and a
total risk coefficient is obtained; (4), whether the
total risk coefficient is in a specified range is judged, if yes, the step (5) is executed, and otherwise, the step (2) is executed; (5), a pre-warning message is sent to the vehicle terminal.
