The invention relates to an energy-saving water treatment system and method for gasified concentrated water, and the system comprises an evaporative crystallization unit located at the downstream of a membrane concentration unit, and the evaporative crystallization unit is configured as follows: first-stage concentrated water sequentially enters a falling film module and a forcing module in a downstream manner; the first-stage concentrated water exchanges heat with second-effect and/or third-effect mixed distilled water and live steam condensate, then enters a first-effect falling film circulation evaporator and is evaporated in the first-effect falling film circulation evaporator according to a first saturated steam temperature based on corresponding pressure of gas-phase secondary steam; secondary steam generated by the first-effect falling film circulation evaporator serves as a second-effect heat source to heat the second-effect falling film circulation evaporator. According to the invention, material components are estimated based on the gas phase evaporation temperature of each effect and liquid phase concentration analysis in the evaporation process, and the internal pressure of each evaporator is changed by setting the first saturated steam temperature, the second saturated steam temperature and the third saturated steam temperature, so that the steam heating efficiency is improved, the investment and operation energy consumption of the system are reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced. The system blockage is prevented.
