Abstract

The invention provides a chess playing device, comprising a plurality of chessmen, wherein, the surface of the chessman is printed by at least a bar code which is provided with corresponding coding datum according to roles of the chessmen; the chess playing device also comprises a judging device used for judgement of a plurality of chessmen which comprises a channel used for being passed through by a chessman, a reading module used for reading the bar codes when a chessman passes through the channel; a processor which carries out the processing and outputs a processing results by virtue of the read bar codes according to a judgement rule defined in advance; and an output module which outputs a signal for judgement according to the processing results.
