The method comprises the following steps of: predefining a set of label attribute sets of data storage and event definition to realize data resolution and storage and event resolution and response; acquiring a data source file, which is compiled according to the defined label attribute sets, by the mobile terminal, wherein the data source comprises list data for the mobile terminal; generating a list configuration file by using the acquired data source file according to the defined label attribute sets; and displaying a corresponding list according to the generated list configuration file. The content of the list menu of the mobile terminal is not fixed in a program. The method and the device can conveniently update the content of the list menu of the mobile terminal. Besides, the set of the label attribute sets is predefined by the method, and the data resolution and storage and the event resolution and response are realized on the basis of the unified label attribute sets, so the universality of the program is enhanced and the development cost is saved.
