Abstract

The invention relates to windshield speed-reducing device and method of a wind power generator. When a wind power generator encounters wind power which is larger than safe wind speed, a fan and a cabin are steered by the start of a windshield device so that the rotating plane of the fan is parallel to the direction of wind. The wind power generator comprises a pylon; a cabinet is assembled on the top end of the pylon; and the front end of the cabinet (11) is provided with a fan. The windshield device comprises an aerovane, a processor and a steering controller, wherein the aerovane is installed on the wind power generator and generates a wind direction and wind speed signal; the processor is installed on the wind power generator and coupled with the aerovane, receives the wind direction and wind speed signal, calculates a deflecting angle of the cabinet of the wind power generator according to the wind direction and wind speed signal and converts the deflecting angle into a deflecting angle signal; and the steering controller is installed on the wind power generator, used for controlling the deflection of the cabinet and coupled with the processor, receives the deflecting angle signal and controls the cabinet to deflect in a preset angle.
