Abstract

The invention discloses an exhausting and sound deadening structure of a refrigerator compressor. The exhausting and sound deadening structure comprises a cylinder cover and a valve plate, wherein the cylinder cover is provided with a sound deadening cavity; the valve plate is connected with the end face of the sound deadening cavity; and a heat insulating layer is arranged on the inner surface of the sound deadening cavity. In the invention, the heat insulating layer is arranged in the sound deadening cavity to ensure that high-temperature high-pressure gas exhausted from a gas vent of the compressor is depressurized and silenced by the sound deadening cavity, the heat of the gas per se is blocked by the heat insulating layer and cannot be dissipated in a shell of the compressor through the cylinder cover or the valve plate and most of heat can only be exhausted via an exhaust path; and therefore, the complete machine shell temperature of the compressor can be reduced and the efficiency of the compressor is increased. The exhausting and sound deadening structure disclosed by the invention is suitable for serving as an exhaust system structure of the refrigerator compressor.
