Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting the static determinacy degree of a human body in the meditation process and a meditation device. The device comprises a seat for the human body to meditate, a gravity center detection unit and a processing unit, wherein the gravity center detection unit consists of at least two pressure sensors arranged in the seat, and a computer system and is used for detecting the change rate of gravity center movement of the human body; and the processing unit is connected with the gravity center detection unit and is used for evaluating the static determinacy degree of the human body according to the change rate of the gravity center movement of the human body. The method and the device have the advantages that: (1) the static determinacy degree of the human body in the meditation process can be effectively evaluated according to the gravity center change of the human body; (2) the pressure sensors concealedly arranged in the seat are adopted in the process of detecting the gravity center change of the human body, so that the meditation process of the human body cannot be interfered; and (3) the number and distance of the pressure sensors are obtained through experiments, and a simple and high-efficiency algorithm is convenient to adopt.
