Surface cleaning is carried out to hyacinth bean flowers, the technologies of microwave extraction, membrane separation, flash pasteurization and the like are adopted, flavor, nutrition and efficacy constituents of the hyacinth bean flowers are protectedto the most extent, improvement of extraction efficiency enables effective constituents of the traditional Chinese medicine hyacinth bean flowers to be effectively protected, and products are favorable for storage and achievement of industrialized production simultaneously.
