Abstract

A data transmission method is disclosed in the present invention, which includes: switching from a Device to Device (D2D) communication mode to a cell communication mode; packaging a data package failed to be transmitted in the D2D communication to a cell communication package; the packaged data packet includes indication information; said indication information is used to indicate that said packaged data packet is the one failed to be transmitted in the D2D communication, and is the divided data packet of an origin D2D communication data packet, and the sequence of the divided data packet in the origin D2D communication data packet; sending the packaged data packet to a data receiving device, wherein, said indication information is used by said data receiving device to perform identification process for the data packet. A data sending device, a data receiving device and a data transmission system are also disclosed in the present invention. By applying the embodiments of the present invention, the lossless switching from the D2D communication mode to the cell communication mode is enabled, and the correct receiving of data is implemented.
