Abstract

The invention discloses a strawberry preservative containing strains SB177. The preservative comprises: 1 to 2g/L of SB177 granular microbial inoculant, 0.1 to 0.5g/L of beta-aminobutyric acid, 10.0g/L of chitosan and the balance being water. The preservative is capable of effectively prolonging the storage period of strawberries and reducing the natural decay index of fruits, thereby having good potential for development and application.
