Example Embodiment

[0037] The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments.

[0038] figure 1 It is a traction elevator system 10 with a suspension ratio of 1:1. The system includes a car 11 and a corresponding counterweight 12, respectively. The car 11 and the counterweight 12 are directly connected to the suspension element-the flat stretch assembly 14 Connected. The traction wheel 16 of the driving motor 13 drives the flat stretching assembly 14 to move to complete the lifting and lowering actions of the elevator. The role of the guide pulley 17 is to maintain the distance between the car 11 and the counterweight 12. The detection device 15 is preferably fixed near the driving motor 13, such as a motor seat or a load-bearing beam. When the elevator rises or falls, the detection device 15 can detect different areas of the flat stretch assembly 14 passing by.

Abstract

The invention discloses a detecting device for a suspension element of an elevator. The suspension element is a flat stretching assembly composed of a plurality of steel wire rope ropes and a wrapping layer; the detecting device comprises a main frame and a plurality of detecting units; each detecting unit comprises a magnetic field exciter and a plurality of magnetic flux detecting element; two electrodes of the magnetic field exciter are close to the flat stretching assembly to magnetize the steel wire core ropes between the two electrodes; each magnetic flux detecting element is positioned between the two electrodes of the magnetic field exciter; the main frame is movably mounted on an elevator system or a fixing assembly in an elevator shaft; the detecting units are movably mounted on the main frame; the main frame and the detecting units can transversely move in the width direction of the flat stretching assembly to enable each steel wire core rope to be aligned to the corresponding at least one magnetic flux detecting element. According to the detecting device for the suspension element of the elevator, when the whole flat stretching assembly offsets or randomly offsets in the width direction, the magnetic flux detecting elements can be kept aligning to the steel wire core ropes in the correspondingly detected flat stretching assembly, and thus the defect inside can be detected accurately.
