Abstract

The invention discloses an experimental system and method for guiding replacement of a tension insulator of a high-voltage power transmission conductor, and belongs to the technical field of high-voltage power transmission conductors. The experimental system comprises a vertical electric wire pole, the tension insulator, a 185 lead wire, a hydraulic device and a detection device, wherein one end of the 185 lead wire is fixed to the electric wire pole through the tension insulator, and the other end of the 185 lead wire is connected with a steel-cored wire rope; the hydraulic device comprises a hydraulic station capable of realizing stepless pressure regulation and a hydraulic winch with the bearing capacity of 8T; the steel-cored wire rope is connected with the hydraulic winch through first steering equipment and second steering equipment respectively; the hydraulic station is connected with the hydraulic winch through an oil pipe.
