Abstract

The invention relates to a mixed alkaline residue treatment method during indigo production, first alkaline residue solid waste which is rich in sodium carbonate and organic impurities and carries 20-30% of NaOH and KOH mixed alkaline is added into a reactor, wherein the alkaline residue solid waste is precipitated during the process of concentration of indigo oxidation filter pressing mother liquor, proper amount of water is added, after stirring even, carbon dioxide is introduced until hydroxy radicals are completely neutralized, by one-time centrifugal separation, sodium carbonate is separated to use as a byproduct for sell; then filtrate is extracted by an organic solvent for separation of an organic phase and a water phase, most of phenylamino acetate and by-product anthranilate enters the organic phase, the extracted water phase and organic phase are respectively distilled, after distillation, the solvent in the organic phase is recycled to use in the extraction process, the distilled water phase returns to the mixed alkaline concentrated by indigo oxidation filter pressing mother liquor, through ion exchange and secondary centrifugation separation, solid sodium carbonate is separated, and the separation mother liquor returns to the indigo production alkali balance system.
