The heat exchange device for the low-temperature afterheat generator set comprises a dry evaporator and a full-liquid type evaporator connected through a pipeline, wherein a liquid viewing mirror and a liquid level sensor are mounted on a barrel body of the full-liquid type evaporator. The heat exchange device adopts the combined utilization of the dry evaporator and the full-liquid type evaporator to provide high-temperature and high-pressure steam to the low-temperature afterheat generator set, so that the heat exchange efficiency and the generating capacity of the set are improved.
