The invention provides a full-automatic traditional Chinese medicinal material cabinet which includes a main body, wherein at least six drawers are arranged on the main body; telescopic cylinders are arranged at the rear ends of the drawers; telescopic rods of the telescopic cylinders are connected with the drawers; a control console is arranged on the right side of the main body; button switches are arranged on the control console; the number of the button switches is the same as that of the drawers, and the button switches are electrically connected with the telescopic cylinders arranged at the rear ends of the drawers in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so as to control the operations of the telescopic cylinders. According to the invention, the button switches on the control console are used to control the operations of the telescopic cylinders positioned at the rear ends of the drawers and then open the drawers accommodating the required medicinal materials, and all that a user needs to do is to take the required medicinal materials in the opened drawers, so that the time for the user to find the correct drawers is saved; in addition, by arranging an infrared transmitter and an infrared receiver, the heights of the medicinal materials in the drawers can be detected, so that the remaining amount of the medicinal materials can be detected, and the working efficiency is improved.
