Abstract

The invention relates to a local stress detection platform for bolt assembling of an aerospace structural member. The detection platform is composed of a lifting system, a torsional power system, a stress detection system and a matched control and display system. The lifting system, which is used for controlling the position and displacement of the torsional power system at the vertical direction, consists of a fixed rack, a lead screw guide rail mechanism, a stepping motor I, a sliding table, and a lifting platform. The torsional power system, which is used for clamping a to-be-detected bolt, includes a sliding guide rod, a stepping motor II, a planetary reducer, a torque sensor, a torque wrench, and a stay bolt and the like and can provide a torsional moment for screwing the bolt, wherein the moment dimension can be measured. The stress detection system includes an ultrasonic detector, a fixed probe base, a three-way mechanical arm, a measured metal plate and a measured bolt and is used for measuring a stress distribution situation at any position around the measured bolt. And the matched control and display system contains a moment display instrument, an ultrasonic stress display instrument and a notebook computer and is used for controlling the above-mentioned systems and displaying the torque and stress values.
