Abstract

The invention discloses a push rod device for preparing a quartz glass preform rod by using a sintered loose body. The push rod device comprises a push rod main body, a fixed body and a connecting head, wherein a water inlet passage and a water outlet passage are arranged on the push rod main body, and the water inlet passage is isolated from the water outlet passage; a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the fixed body, the water inlet is communicated with the water inlet passage, and the water outlet is communicated with the water outlet passage; the push rod main body is rotatably connected with the fixed body; the interior of the lower part of the push rod main body has a cavity structure which is separated into two semi-cylindrical spaces by a clapboard in the same direction as the axial direction of the push rod main body, the lower parts of the two semi-cylindrical spaces are communicated with each other, and the upper parts of the two semi-cylindrical spaces are respectively communicated with the water inlet passage and the water outlet passage; and the connecting head for connecting the sintered loose body is arranged at the lower end of the push rod main body.
