The method comprises the following steps: S1, setting the position of a body needing temperature measurement; S2, shooting an image on the body position; S3, receiving a shot image, and enabling the shot image to correspond to a coordinate system, wherein various points in the shot image respectively correspond to a coordinate in the coordinate system; S4, clicking some position on the shot image, acquiring the coordinates on the clicked position in the shot image and using the coordinates as the coordinates to a to-be-measured part on the body position; S5, according to the coordinates of the to-be-measured part, measuring the temperature of the to-be-measured part; and S6, transmitting measured temperature data online, and searching the temperature data by virtue of offline terminal equipment.
