Abstract

The invention discloses blended fabric treated by using a water-saving dyeing method and relates to a water-saving dyeing production method of the blended fabric. The blended fabric is characterized by being prepared through the following steps: carrying out a dyeing technology by adopting a two-bath process; firstly, for dyeing of wool fiber, putting the blended fabric in a dyeing container, and adding a dyeing assistant and dye which are prepared and obtained in step (4) in the dyeing container under normal temperature, thus obtaining dyed wool fiber; then, for dyeing of viscose fiber, firstly putting a barrel which is filled with the blended fabric in the dyeing container, then adding the dyeing assistant prepared and obtained in step (4) in the dyeing container, and finally carrying out color fixation by using glacial acetic acid and a color fixing agent, thus obtaining dyed viscose fiber; finally, carrying out after-treatment econtrol treatment. The blended fabric treated by using the water-saving dyeing method, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages that the water-saving dyeing production method, which can be used for effectively saving water and reducing pollution and has high color fastness, of the blended fabric is provided, and the prepared dyeing assistant is adopted for carrying out the color fixation treatment and the after-treatment econtrol treatment on the dyed fabric, so that the color fastness of the dyed blended fabric is increased, the water is saved by a large margin, and the pollution is reduced.
