Abstract

The invention discloses an eyesight protection control method and device and a mobile terminal. The eyesight protection control method is suitable for being executed in the mobile terminal, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting environmental data when a user uses the mobile terminal, wherein the environmental data comprise light intensity data, distance data and motion state data; judging whether the user is in an easy fatigue state according to the environmental data; if the user is in the easy fatigue state, obtaining a continuous use duration of the user on the mobile terminal to serve as a use duration of the mobile terminal, and obtaining a continuous duration in the easy fatigue state to serve as a use duration of the easy fatigue state; judging whether the user is in the easy fatigue state according to the use duration of the mobile terminal and the continuous duration of the easy fatigue state; and if the user is in the easy fatigue state, opening eyesight protection settings.
