Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic expenditure management method and system. The management method comprises that each step in the whole expenditure flow is extracted into an event, and execution of each event needs N conditions; whether the N conditions of the event are met is determined according to a first predetermined time interval, if all of the N conditions are met, the event is executed, and otherwise, the event is not executed till all of the N conditions are determined to be met; when execution of the event is completed, a corresponding execution result is obtained, and the event is updated to an executed state; whether the execution result of each executed event is normal is determined according to a second predetermined time interval; and when it is detected that the execution result of certain event is abnormal, abnormity alarm is provided. According to the system and method, the expenditure flow can be managed automatically, each event in the expenditure flow can be operated at proper time, present manual execution is replaced, and the load of maintenance staff is alleviated.
