Abstract

The invention discloses a measuring device and method suitable for a slip mass depth gradient. The measuring device comprises a measuring unit and an exploring tube for packaging the measuring unit, wherein the measuring unit comprises a dual-axis acceleration sensor vertically packaged in a capsulated shell, a microprocessor and a data transmission circuit sequentially connected with the dual-axis acceleration sensor, and a supply circuit connected with the dual-axis acceleration sensor, the microprocessor and the data transmission circuit at the same time. According to the measuring device and method suitable for the slip mass depth gradient provided by the invention, a plurality of measuring devices are arranged in the same vertical shaft in a cascade connection way, and a deviation angle of each measuring point is simply and quickly calculated through acquiring the gravitational acceleration of each measuring point, so that a landslide surface is accurately confirmed.
