Abstract

An intermediate glass fiber tube and a downstream glass fiber tube are arranged between an upstream manhole and a downstream manhole as well as between the downstream manhole and a water reservoir respectively; the water reservoir is provided with a water return pipe; the water return pipe is communicated with the upstream manhole; a separation plate is arranged in the upstream manhole; the water return pipe is provided with a water pump and a flowmeter; the outlet of the upstream manhole is provided with a first valve; the inlet and outlet of the downstream manhole are provided with a second sluice valve and a third sluice valve respectively; and a pressure sensor and an ultrasonic wave height meter are arranged in each of the intermediate glass fiber tube, the upstream manhole and the downstream manhole; and a void ratio meter is arranged in the intermediate glass fiber tube.
