Abstract

The invention discloses a control method and device for a mobile terminal and the mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps: detecting whether an application is started on a lock screen interface of the mobile terminal or not; if the application is started on the lock screen interface, generating a mask page of a preset color on a next layer of the started application; detecting whether the started application is exited or not; and if the started application is exited, clearing the mask page, and displaying the lock screen interface. Through adoption of the method, when a shortcut application is exited, the mask page is adopted instead of a top layer and removed till loading of the lock screen interface is finished, so that a user does not see a desktop of the mobile terminal in a process of exiting from the application on the lock screen interface to return to the lock screen interface. Meanwhile, time for detecting whether the application is exited or not is shortened, so that the time of presenting the mask page to the user is shortened as much as possible; the user vision is improved; and the user experience is improved.
