Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of orthopedic surgical apparatuses, in particular to a structure of a quantitative excision tool for infrapatellar fat pads. The excision device for the infrapatellar fat pads comprises a patellar fixing device, a locating rod, a patellar ligament measuring rod and an excision knife, and the patellar fixing device comprises a caliper and a patellar ligament fixing rod. The excision device for the infrapatellar fat pads can be used for excising the excess infrapatellar fat pads to reveal the surgical vision, further effectively retains areas with dense blood vessels of the infrapatellar fat pads, and reduces complications which occur because the infrapatellar fat pads are excised too much and the areas of dense blood vessels are excised together. The excision device for the infrapatellar fat pads is convenient for joint surgeons to manipulate and conducive to the conduction of total knee arthroplasty surgeries.
