The invention discloses a culture flask which comprises a flask and a bottom cover. The bottom cover is detachably fastened at the lower end of the flask, a circular ring is arranged on the lower portion of the flask, the bottom cover comprises a bottom wall and a side wall, fastening devices which are lapped with the circular ring are arranged on the side wall, and a first sealing pad is arranged at the portion, which is in contact with the circular ring, of the upper end of the side wall; a first support tube is mounted on the inner side surface of the bottom wall, a first sleeve is mounted at the upper end of the first support tube, a scouring mechanism for scouring adherent cells is arranged on the outer side of the first sleeve, a second sleeve is mounted at the upper end of the first sleeve, a steady-flow stirring mechanism for mixing culture solution is arranged on the outer side of the lower portion of the second sleeve, a second support tube is mounted at the upper end of the second sleeve, a rotary plate is mounted at the upper end of the second support tube after the upper end of the second support tube penetrates a flask cap, and can drive the second sleeve and the steady-flow stirring mechanism via the second support tube to rotate, and an operating rod for driving the first sleeve and the scouring mechanism to rotate is mounted in the second sleeve. The culture flask has the advantage that the steady-flow stirring mechanism and the scouring mechanism can be respectively individually operated and also can be integrally connected with each other to simultaneously act.
