[0021] The present invention is a rubbing and damping protection device for high-speed rotating machines, which includes an upper cover plate 7, a lower cover plate 1, a casing 4 (or a corrugated ring), a slider 9, a rubbing ball head 8 and a metal rubber ring 3 . Both the shell 4 and the slider 9 are annular bodies. The middle part of the upper cover plate 7 is provided with an upper through hole 7-1, and the middle part of the lower cover plate 1 is provided with a lower through hole 1-1. Both the upper through hole 7-1 and the lower through hole 1-1 are circular holes. The rubbing ball head 8 is preferably made of bronze, graphite or polytetrafluoroethylene. The shell 4, the slider 9, the upper through hole 7-1 and the lower through hole 1-1 are coaxial. The upper end of the shell 4 is fixedly connected with the upper cover 7 , and the lower end of the shell 4 is fixedly connected with the lower cover 1 . There are many ways to fix the connection, such as bolt connection.

Abstract

The invention relates to a rub-impact damping protection device for a high-speed rotary machine. The device is of a cylindrical structure, and comprises an upper cover plate (7), a lower cover plate (1), a shell (4), a sliding block (9), a rub-impact ball head (8) and a metal rubber ring (3); and the metal rubber ring (3), the shell (4) and the sliding block (9) are all ring bodies, an upper through hole (7-1) is formed in the middle portion of the upper cover plate (7), a lower through hole (1-1) is formed in the middle portion of the lower cover plate (1), and the shell (4), the sliding block (9), the upper through hole (11) and the lower through hole (12) are coaxial. By means of the device, while the limiting effect on rotation of a rotor is achieved, the performance of the high damping effect is achieved, and the running safety of a rotor system is better improved.
