Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a medical and edible fungus mycelium polysaccharide-polypeptide immune enhancer. The preparation method comprises efficient extraction of mycelium polysaccharide polypeptide based on combination of a physical method and enzymatic hydrolysis, ethanol-based precipitation separation, precipitation purification respectively with levamisole and high-concentration ethanol, and blending preparation of compound immunity-enhancing injection preparations. Through mixing with a vaccine or compounding with an injection, animal immunity is improved, production efficiency is high and a relative cost of production is low. The lactarius deliciosus mycelium polysaccharide is simpler than lactarius deliciosus mycelium monosaccharide and can be further decomposed into rare functional monosaccharide. The preparation method has simple processes.
