Abstract

The invention discloses a load detection method which is applied to a cooking utensil. The cooking cavity of the cooking utensil is provided with a load detection device. The load detection device comprises a signal emitter and a signal receiver. The load detection method comprises the following steps of upon receiving a cooking instruction, controlling the signal transmitter to send electromagnetic waves in accordance with a preset power and/or a preset frequency; acquiring electromagnetic waves received by the signal receiver; and determining whether the cooking utensil is in a no-load stateor not based on the acquired electromagnetic waves. The invention further discloses a load detection device and a computer readable storage medium. According to the invention, whether the cooking utensil is in the no-load state or not is determined according to the electromagnetic waves. The load state of the cooking utensil can be accurately detected through electromagnetic waves emitted by theload detection device. The accuracy and the detection efficiency of the load detection of the cooking utensil are improved.
