Abstract

The invention discloses a gas-liquid separator of a cold water unit. The cold water unit comprises a horizontal cylinder, a front cover, a rear cover, an air outlet pipe and a liquid viewing device, wherein the horizontal cylinder is a horizontally-placed round iron cylinder, a safety valve and a refrigerant filling valve are arranged at the top of the horizontal cylinder; the front cover is formed by welding an arc-shaped spherical panel and a cylindrical shell, the rear cover is formed by welding the arc-shaped spherical panel and the cylindrical shell; the air outlet pipe is a bending pipeused for transiting smoothly in the middle with two straight pipe in the two ends of the air outlet pipe; the liquid viewing device is a liquid level instrument; and an observation tube is made of transparent PVC, and is sealed by a nitrile rubber gasket and is tightened and fixed by a threaded cover. The refrigerant filling valve is used for directly supplementing a refrigerant when the refrigerant needs to be supplemented; and a liquid return device is used for releasing the refrigerant when the refrigerant needs to be actively recovered, so that the safe operation of the gas-liquid separator is ensured.
