Abstract

The invention relates to a milling excavation device and a dredger. The milling excavation device comprises a caterpillar band supporting frame, a caterpillar band, rotary shafts, drivers and multiplemilling buckets. The rotary shafts are rotationally connected to the caterpillar band supporting frame, the caterpillar band is movably connected to the caterpillar band supporting frame and matchedwith the rotary shafts, the multiple milling buckets are connected with the caterpillar band, the drivers are connected with the rotary shafts and used for driving the rotary shafts to rotate, and therotary shafts are used for driving the caterpillar band to cyclically rotate on the caterpillar band supporting frame. By the adoption of the milling excavation device and the dredger, the multiple milling buckets are driven by the caterpillar band so that continuous milling excavation can be achieved, and the milling excavation efficiency is high.
