Abstract

The invention discloses a firefly algorithm-based novel dot matrix structure obtaining method. The method comprises the following steps of s1: establishing a base structure of a dot matrix structure;and s2: establishing a mathematic model taking a section area of a bar unit in the base structure as a design variable, taking an axial force of a bar member as a constraint function and taking a minimum volume as an evaluation function, and obtaining an optimal dot matrix structure under a certain constraint condition by adopting a firefly algorithm. According to the method, a simulated molecularconfiguration is not adopted for manufacturing a porous material, and a base structure method is adopted as a topology generation method of a bar system structure to be combined with the firefly algorithm to finish structure topology optimization, so that a lightweight and high-strength dot matrix material is obtained.
