The method comprises the steps that the first equipment information transmitted by the SDK module of the intelligent equipment is received;the second equipment information transmitted by a user terminal is received, the binding relationship between the user terminal and the intelligent equipment is created when the content of the firstequipment information and the second equipment information is detected to be consistent, and the login process of the user terminal is performed on the intelligent equipment after the binding relationship is established; and the verification message is transmitted to the user terminal, wherein the verification message is used for triggering the user terminal and the intelligent equipment to perform the synchronization process of the account data.
