The biological extraction and filtering equipment comprises a base and an extraction box, wherein supporting columns are symmetrically arranged at the top of the base; the tops of the supporting columns are connected with the bottom of the extraction box; the extraction box is internally provided with an extraction cabin, a filtering layer and a liquid storage cabin; a filtering layer is arranged at the bottom of the extraction cabin; the liquid storage cabin is arranged at the bottom of the filtering layer; a motor is mounted at the top of the extraction box; a shaft coupler is mounted at the bottom of the motor; the bottom of the shaft coupler is connected with a rotary shaft; one end, far away from the shaft coupler,of the rotary shaft penetrates through the top of the extraction box and extends into the extraction cabin; stirring paddles are symmetrically arranged on the rotary shaft; an extracting agent conveying pipe is connected with a part, located at one side of the motor, of the top of the extraction cabin; the bottom end of the extracting agent conveying pipe penetrates through the top of the extraction box and extends into the extraction cabin.
