Abstract

The invention discloses a current generating circuit with an adjustable temperature coefficient. The current generating circuit comprises a current mirror, an operational amplifier, a switching tube,at least two positive temperature coefficient resistors, at least two negative temperature coefficient resistors, a positive temperature coefficient switch and a negative temperature coefficient switch. Thus, on the basis of a voltage-to-current circuit in the prior art, output current is appropriately matched, the current generating circuit achieves the adjustable temperature coefficient, resistance matching is different from traditional pure serial connection or pure parallel connection, and circuit space is saved; the accuracy of the temperature coefficient is high.
