AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

The use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFI) technology allows for quicker access within an area by searching through different pages or documents quickly without having to physically visit each page individually. This makes it easier than previous methods like barcodes. Additionally, this system uses less expensive components while still being effective at detecting specific types of content such as legal texts.

Problems solved by technology

This patents discusses different methods for efficiently handling papers stored by electronic devices like computers (PC). One method involves storing each page separately into separate boxes called bins before being sent through a sorting process. Another approach uses special tags attached to pages instead of labels, allowing users to easily locate specific items without having to manually read everything from scratch. These techniques aimed at improving storage accuracy while reducing costs compared to existing systems such as optical character recognition (OCR) and magnetic stripe cards.
