Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a data processing method and device. The method includes the following steps: obtaining a target parameter in a preset period, and determining whether the target parameter satisfies a target condition, wherein the target condition is a condition for determining a network resource; when determining that the target parameter satisfies the target condition, calculating proportion information of target users to cell users, wherein the quantity of target data packets of the target users is greater than a preset quantity, and the packet length of the target data packets is less than a preset length; and when the proportion information satisfies a proportion condition, optimizing the target data packets of the target users, wherein the proportion conditionis a condition for determining the optimization processing. Thereby, the efficiency of turning on and turning off a data optimization processing flow can be improved; and the success rate of cell network resource scheduling can be increased.
