Abstract

The invention provides a paint brazing agent precoating system. The paint brazing agent precoating system comprises a loading area, a high-temperature preheating area, a high-temperature degreasing area, a material coating area, a high-temperature drying area and an unloading area connected in sequence; the high-temperature preheating area is provided with a hot air gun for preheating products; the high-temperature degreasing area is provided with a thermocouple for thermal degreasing of the products; the material coating area is provided with a spraying gun for precoating of the products; thespraying gun communicates with a brazing agent tank for supplying paint brazing agents; the paint brazing agents comprise components of water, brazing agent powder and bonding agents; and the high-temperature drying area is provided with a heating device for drying the precoated products.
